Q1–Q2 2027
Beta Launch
Development Timeline
From Concept to Launch
Six phases of product development — see exactly what's been built, what's in progress, and what's coming next.
Q4 2024 — Foundation & Concept
Company registered, market research, architecture, full UI/UX design
DispaLoadIQ LLC Founded
Company registered in Altamonte Springs, Florida, on December 3, 2024. Business operations started.
Market Research
Built on the public FMCSA registry (we query it, we do not resell it). Competitive landscape review. Owner-operator pain points identified.
Platform Architecture
Technical architecture written up: services, data layer, API. (The module count in that document is out of date — the shipped catalogue is smaller.)
Full UI/UX Design
High-fidelity designs and user flows for the planned modules. Not every screen in that set shipped.
Q1–Q2 2025 — Core Platform Modules
Dashboard, loads and sign-in are built; route, tracking and the freight map are design only
Home Dashboard
Weekly earnings and active loads from your own data. (The freight map with demand zones is not built — see below.)
Loads Module
Loads posted inside DispaLoadIQ with filters and Take/Skip/Details cards. Not a load board: we do not pull loads from DAT, Truckstop or other boards.
Route Optimization
Design only. Real accounts see “not built yet” — route alternatives, fuel savings, rest stops and traffic are not calculated today.
Live Cargo Tracking
Screen designed; real accounts see “no tracking data” until positions actually come in from the driver’s phone. Not a working tracking service yet.
Interactive US Freight Map
Design with sample numbers only; not available to real accounts. No regional demand data behind it yet.
Login & Role-Based Registration
Role-based registration: Owner-Operator / Dispatcher / Fleet Owner. Google OAuth support.
Q3 2025 — Analytics Suite & Business Launch
Financial tools, website launched
Rate Analytics Module
Rate checks against rate confirmations shared by carriers (a lane figure is shown only when at least 3 carriers contributed) and public USDA truck-rate benchmarks. No rate forecasts. The tool is live; very few lanes have enough rate-cons to show a figure yet, so most checks answer «not enough measured data».
Financial Analytics
Income/expense tracking, invoicing, IFTA reports, earnings-per-mile analysis. Two known gaps: an invoice with an amount we cannot read is blocked from printing, and IFTA leaves miles it cannot attribute for you to place by hand.
Website Launch
dispaloadiq.com launched with landing page, working lead capture forms, Google Sheets integration.
Q1–Q2 2026 — Go-to-Market & User Acquisition
Email campaigns, press outreach, marketplace features
Email Campaign to FMCSA-Registered Carriers
April 2026: targeted outreach to FMCSA-registered carriers via Brevo — 1,800 emails sent, 135 early-access registrations (141 unique as of September 5, 2026).
Three free tools opened to everyone
September 10, 2026: broker check against the FMCSA registry, rate-con reader, and cost per mile. No account needed. They are on the site and in the app.
Press & Media Outreach
Pitches sent to trade publications. Nothing has been published about us yet — when something is, it will be linked here.
Dispatcher Marketplace
Dispatcher profiles, working agreements and signed contracts are in the app. Trust is measured from carrier-reported outcomes, not stars — and a profile stays "New" until at least three different carriers have reported.
Real-Time Notifications
Live: brokers on your list in the app are checked daily, with an in-app alert when FMCSA shows the authority inactive, when FMCSA serves a suspension notice, or when the pay signal drops; lanes you follow on the rate check get an email when the median moves. Not built yet: push notifications to the phone, and email for broker alerts.
Measured Trust (instead of star ratings)
Scores come from outcomes both sides signed for — did the dispatcher hit the target rate, book on time, avoid issues — and from broker pay outcomes carriers log. No stars, no AI-written reviews. Where it stands today: the broker pay-signal is live and carriers log it from the app and the web; for dispatchers the rule and the server side are built, but the screen where a carrier reports the outcome is not, so every dispatcher profile still reads "New".
Q1–Q2 2027 — Beta Launch
Platform Beta
Beta Launch for Waitlist Users
Early-access operators get the beta first, in the order they registered. We answer by email; there is no 24/7 support desk.
Subscription Billing Live
Free stays a working tool. No paid plan or price has been announced; if one comes, Stripe is what makes it self-serve.
API & TMS Integration
Public API for ERP and TMS integrations. GPS/telematics support. Developer portal.
Q4 2027 & Beyond — Scale & Expansion
Mobile apps, advanced AI, cross-border markets
Mobile App (iOS & Android)
The app is built and in internal test builds; it is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. Offline mode and biometric login are not built.
Advanced AI Rate Negotiation
AI negotiation scripts per broker and lane. Automated counter-offer recommendations.
Cross-Border Expansion
US–Canada–Mexico freight lanes. Customs documentation support. International carrier profiles.
Broker & Shipper Portal
Portal for brokers and shippers to post loads and track deliveries. We do not verify carriers — FMCSA data is shown as it comes from the registry.
Be First in Line
141 operators signed up for early access (count as of September 5, 2026).
Registration is free.
