Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DispaLoadIQ LLC (“DispaLoadIQ,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit dispaloadiq.com or join our early-access waitlist. DispaLoadIQ is currently in pre-launch / early access; no product or paid service is offered or sold through this website at this time.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the early-access form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your email address, your role (owner-operator, dispatcher, fleet owner or driver), and fleet size. The form asks for nothing else — it does not ask for your name, your MC/DOT number or your phone. Along with your answers, the page sends where you came from (the referring page, the page address and campaign tags), the page language and the time you submitted.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting records the standard technical data any web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type.
Our own page counter. Pages of this site send us six things when they open: a random token kept in your browser, the word “view”, which surface it was (this site or the app), the two parts of the campaign tag from the link you arrived by (source and medium), and a flag that marks our own test traffic so we can exclude it from the counts. We use it to see how many people reach the site and how many go on to the free tools — a number we simply did not have before.
Web fonts. Pages of this site load the Inter font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). That request reaches Google and, like any web request, carries your IP address and browser type. It sets no cookie and runs no script. If you would rather it did not happen, a content blocker stops it and the pages stay readable in your system font.
What it is not: there is no third-party analytics service, no advertising network, no cookie, and no script loaded from anyone else. It sends no name, no email, no IP address of its own, and nothing you type. The token is random, lives only in this browser, is not tied to you, and cannot be turned back into a person. The token on app.dispaloadiq.com is a different one, and we do not pass it between the two sites. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, the counter sends nothing at all. The privacy and terms pages carry no counter.
2. How we use your information
- To contact you about early access and to send you your invitation when the platform launches;
- To share occasional updates about DispaLoadIQ’s progress and launch;
- To understand demand and improve our planned product;
- To operate, secure, and maintain the website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with freight brokers or other third parties for their own marketing.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and our waitlist. They process data only on our behalf:
- Netlify — website hosting;
- Resend — email delivery;
- Google Sheets (via Google Apps Script) — where early-access form submissions are stored, in the owner’s Google account;
- Google Firebase — accounts and data inside the app (app.dispaloadiq.com), and the page counter above.
- Inside the app, a few more services receive data (for example Google reCAPTCHA and route-distance lookups) — they are listed in the app’s privacy policy. The same policy describes what the app and our browser extension (DispaLoadIQ — Honest Rate Check) send and keep.
4. Data retention
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask to be removed from our waitlist and emails, at any time by contacting info@dispaloadiq.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The page counter described above keeps a random token in your browser’s local storage instead, which is not sent to anyone else and which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.
7. Children
DispaLoadIQ is intended for trucking professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
